Returns Policy
Standard (In-Stock) Items
New, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Except where the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Custom-Made and Special-Order Products
Products that are custom-made, modified, personalized, or produced to your specifications are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons, including change of mind, project changes, or ordering errors.
If a custom product arrives defective, damaged, or does not conform to the specifications agreed in your order confirmation, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected items, and we will cover return shipping where a return is required.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@polmartdisplay.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
If the return is due to an error on our part — such as an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Shipping
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying in-stock orders within the continental United States.
Selected in-stock products ship from our U.S. inventory. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, and destination.
For volume orders, custom products, or shipments requiring special handling or freight service, shipping arrangements and costs will be confirmed as part of the quotation or order.
International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Please contact us for availability and shipping options before placing an international order.
